選舉熱季將至，為了規範政務官保持行政中立，北市府將訂定相關規定，以負面表列方式明定首長「不可以做的事」，最快一周內定案。台北市長柯文哲昨天表示，相信不管是親民黨主席宋楚瑜或民進黨主席蔡英文，都會很想拉他去站台，所以要定出規則，「也是防止自己麻煩」。
柯文哲昨在義勇警察大隊長布達典禮後談及此事，他說，自己曾宣示希望北市是藍綠的「非軍事區」，因此上午討論政務官在選舉期間如何保持中立的問題。
